Note: The monogram and date are inscribed at right. An unknown hand has inscribed in pencil in the lower left corner under the frame: “repainted about 1874 or 1875 & Decer to Mar 1877 by DGR.” Watercolours have been tried out on the corners of the paper covered by the frame.
