Scholarly Commentary

Introduction

This is a progress proof made from a drawing DGR created to illustrate Tennyson's “Sir Galahad” in Edward Moxon's edition of Tennyson's Poems (1857). The present location of the drawing is not known. Moxon eventually decided not to use the illustration.
